EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This staff report asks the City Council to release the survey monumentation security associated with Parcel Map 30844 (PM 30844). The owner has completed the survey monuments required for PM 30844, located at 1516 Lemon Grove Lane.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Recommended action
That the City Council:

a. Release the Survey Monumentation Security (Deposit Receipt No. R13877).

b. Find that this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.

BACKGROUND & HISTORY:
Parcel Map 30844 was approved by the City Council on September 3, 2003. The parcel map subdivided 6.05 acres into three single-family residential parcels located at 1516 Lemon Grove Lane. The zoning of the property is R-1A (Single Family Residential) and the General Plan designation is ER (Estate Residential).

On September 18, 2019, Carlos Reynoso Padilla, Irene Macias Padilla, Angelique Macias Padilla-Hartog, and Alysia Macias Padilla-Vaccaro, Trustees of the 1996 Padilla Family Trust dated, October 31, 1996, who are the owners of the property, entered into a survey monumentation agreement with the City of Corona and posted security to guarantee the monuments required for PM 30844.

ANALYSIS:
The survey monuments have been set in accordance with the Subdivision Map Act and all City Standards, and the City has been provided with evidence that the surveyor has been paid.
