EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This staff report asks the City Council to approve the Professional Services Agreement with Studio One Eleven in the amount of $798,160 for consultant services to develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the 6th Street Beautification and Revitalization Project No. ST-2022-02.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Recommended action
That the City Council:

a. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Studio One Eleven for a term of February 21, 2024, through June 30, 2026, in the amount of $798,160.

b. Award Request for Proposal 24-024AT to Studio One Eleven for consultant services and the development of project improvement plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the 6th Street Beautification and Revitalization Project No. ST-2022-02.

c. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Professional Services Agreement with Studio One Eleven in the amount of $798,160.

d. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue a purchase order to Studio One Eleven in the amount of $798,160.

e. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to negotiate and execute the non-substantive extensions, amendments, and change orders up to the amount authorized in Corona Municipal Code 3.08.070(I), which is equivalent up to 10% or $79,816 of the total project cost.

f. Authorize a transfer in the amount of $798,816 from the Citywide Street Pavement Rehabilitation Capital Improvement Project No. ST-2021-01 to the 6th Street Beautification and Revitalization Capital Improvement Project No. ST2022-02 within the Measure A Fund 227.
