RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Recommended action
That the City Council approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Cooperative Agreement between the City of Corona, the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District ("District") and Arantine Hills Holdings LP, a Delaware Limited Partnership ("Developer") pertaining to the design, construction, inspection, and acceptance for the ownership, operation and maintenance of the Bedford Canyon Line A, Line C, Line G, Line K, and Line C - Stage 2 storm drain facilities associated with Tract Nos. 36294 and 37030.

ANALYSIS:
Arantine Hills Holdings LP ("Developer"), is constructing certain flood control facilities in order to provide flood control protection and drainage for the development of Tract Nos. 36294 and 37030 in the City of Corona. The Developer has entered into Right of Entry and Inspection Agreements with the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District ("District") which has allowed construction to commence on the Line A, Line C, Line G, Line K, and Line G- Stage 2 underground storm drain facilities.
