That the Planning and Housing Commission recommend adoption of Resolution No. 2537 GRANTING CUP2019-0001, based on the findings contained in the staff report and conditions of approval.

BACKGROUND
The project site is a vacant commercial pad located within an existing 6.5-acre commercial center that was originally developed in the early 1990s under Precise Plan 91-08. The existing commercial center and adjacent office park are depicted in Exhibit A1. At the time the commercial center was developed, only the main building located on the southerly portion of the site was built.
