RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Recommended action
That the City Council continue Resolution No. 2020-089, ordering the vacation of a portion of public right-of-way fronting 210 Radio Road, south of the 91-freeway and north of the existing terminus of Radio Road, to the September 2, 2020 Council Agenda.

Body
ANALYSIS:
The City originally set the Public Hearing for Resolution No. 2020-089, ordering the vacation of a portion of Radio Road, on the July 15, 2020 Council Agenda. The City received a letter from California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) requesting that the City continue this item until the August 5, 2020 Council meeting.

The City met with Caltrans on July 30, 2020. Caltrans is requesting an additional continuation so that the City and Caltrans can meet and confer to find a mutually accepted solution. For this reason, the City staff is requesting this item be continued to the September 2, 2020 Council Agenda.
