Site History
The project site is part of the Skyline Village mixed-use project, which is comprised of two undeveloped parcels totaling 17.02 acres, which are located on the southwest side of Foothill Parkway at Chase Drive. The parcels were annexed into the City of Corona in 2018 with the Skyline Heights annexation and were given an A (Agricultural) zoning and a Low Density Residential (LDR) general plan designation.
