BACKGROUND
Precise Plan 2022-0001 (PP2022-0001) is for the review of a proposed full-service electric vehicle (EV) charging station that includes 52 charging spaces, an 8,000-square-foot-market, and a 1,200-square-foot automated carwash tunnel. The project site is comprised of three vacant parcels totaling approximately 2.42 acres, located on the north side of Sixth Street, approximately 450 feet west of Sherman Avenue. The applicant intends to consolidate the parcels into a single parcel through a lot line adjustment process. The parcels are zoned C-3 (General Commercial).
