EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The staff report asks the City Council to approve the Fifth Amendment to the Maintenance/General Services Agreement, with Knudsen Grading Company Inc., DBA Green Mountain Engineering for "as-needed" grading and spoils removal services. The Utilities Department uses Knudsen Grading Company Inc., for site grading work and stockpiled spoils removal. The existing agreement includes soil screening and debris transportation disposal services.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Recommended action
That the City Council:

a. Approve the Fifth Amendment to the Maintenance/General Services Agreement with Knudsen Grading Company Inc., DBA Green Mountain Engineering, for "as needed" grading and spoils removal services for Fiscal Year 2024 in the amount of $81,500.

b. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Fifth Amendment with Knudsen Grading Company, Inc., DBA Green Mountain Engineering and increase the purchase order in the amount of $81,500 for a total contract amount of $300,000.

That the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct that the City Council take the above actions.

On June 20, 2018, the City of Corona issued Request For Proposals (RFP) No. 18-051CA for On-call Site Grading and Stockpiled Spoils Removal Services. The RFP was advertised in the Sentinel Weekly News on June 22, 2018, and posted on the City of Corona's bidding website.
