City Council and Corona Utility Authority consideration to authorize the City Manager to execute a Funding Agreement between the City and the Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District; approve an appropriation and revenue estimate increase in the amount of $320,000 within the Water Reclamation Grant/Agreement Fund for a newly created Capital Improvement Project titled "Santa Ana River Trail Staging Area Sewer Extension Project"; authorize a transfer of $21,000 within the Reclaimed Water Utility Fund from the River Road Reclaimed Water Line - Corydon-Lincoln Capital Improvement Project to the newly created Capital Improvement Project titled "Santa Ana River Trail Staging Area Sewer Extension Project"; and authorize the City Manager to execute and accept a Temporary Construction Easement from the Orange County Flood Control District.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Recommended action
That the:
1. City Council approve and authorize the City Manager or his designees to execute a Funding Agreement with Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District (District), in the amount of $320,000, to reimburse the City for the Santa Ana River Trail Staging Area Sewer Extension Project.
2. City Council approve an appropriation and revenue estimate increase in the amount of $320,000 within the Water Reclamation Grant/Agreement Fund for a newly created Capital Improvement Project titled "Santa Ana River Trail Staging Area Sewer Extension Project."
3. City Council authorize a transfer in the amount of $21,000 within the Reclaimed Water Utility Fund from the River Road Reclaimed Water Line - Corydon-Lincoln Capital Improvement Project to the newly created Capital Improvement Projec...
