EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This action is to approve the Amended and Restated Funding Agreement with Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to fund 50 percent of the design and 75 percent of the construction for the Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority Reclaimed Waterline. This action is also to approve the award of Notice Inviting Bids No. 22-082CA for the Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority Reclaimed Waterline, Project No. 2017-21 to Ferreira Coastal Construction Company for the total bid amount of $4,595,370. The project will construct a new reclaimed waterline in River Road from the Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority Wastewater Treatment Plant, in the City of Eastvale, to an existing City of Corona 20-inch reclaimed waterline located at the intersection of River Road and Bluff Street in the City of Norco.

Recommended action
That the:
a. City Council approve the Amended and Restated Funding Agreement with Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to fund 50 percent of the design and 75 percent of the construction for the Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority Reclaimed Waterline, Project No. 2017-21.
